What helps us help you

• A problem with an order: the order number, or the email you used and roughly when. That is enough to find it.
• An expired download link: say so and we renew it. What you bought is still yours.
• Arms that do not match their blazon: send us the surname. It is the most useful thing you can write to us: it gets fixed for everyone, not just for you.
• A surname you cannot find: if you know a heraldic source that documents it, tell us and we will look it up.

What we do not do

No genealogical research, no certification of lineages, no certificates of arms. If that is what you need, we are not the right people.
