The printed plate: 14 days, no reason needed

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the plate to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty. Just write to pedidos@blasonia.com saying you withdraw.

You send the plate back and, as soon as we receive it — or as soon as you show us you have sent it — we refund what you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days at most and by the same means you used to pay. Return postage is yours, unless the reason is that it arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we pay it.

The digital file: an exception worth understanding

Digital content delivered immediately falls outside the right of withdrawal once downloaded, and the law requires that you know and accept this before buying. That is why, at the moment of payment, you expressly agree that the download starts immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to withdraw from that file.

That said: if the file is no good to you, write to us. If you have not downloaded it, we refund you, no questions. And if you have downloaded it and the arms do not match the blazon the page showed, we refund you too: that is not a withdrawal, it is a defective product, and there your rights are untouched.
