Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases at blasonia.com. By clicking «pay» you accept them. We suggest you save or print them.

1. Who sells

2. What is sold, and at what price

• Digital file — €9.95, VAT included. A vector PDF at A3 size and an SVG of the arms, ready to print.
• Printed A3 plate — €34.95, VAT included, plus shipping. The digital file is included.

Prices are those shown on the page at the time of purchase and include VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay, never after.

3. How to buy

Add the product to the cart and pay by card through Stripe. Not one digit of your card touches our server: the data goes straight to Stripe, who process the payment.

The contract is formed when Stripe confirms the payment. You will get a confirmation email with the order detail. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to us: the order exists even if the email got lost.

4. Delivery

Digital: immediate. Download links appear on the confirmation page and in the email, and work for 90 days.

Printed: we print and ship within 3 working days. See Shipping.

5. If something goes wrong

If the file will not download, if the print arrives damaged, or if the arms do not match the blazon shown on the page, write to us and we will fix it: we resend the file, replace the print or refund you. No argument and no cost to you.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to pedidos@blasonia.com first: almost everything is settled in one email. Failing that, the European Commission runs an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Applicable law

Spanish law. Nothing written here limits the rights that consumer law gives you as a consumer.
