What we process, and why

• Your email address, to send you the order confirmation and the download links. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Your name and postal address, only if you buy the printed plate, in order to ship it. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• What you bought, so we can help you if something goes wrong and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

What we do NOT process

We never see your card. Payment is processed directly by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; our server does not receive, store or have any way of recovering your payment details. From Stripe we get the payment result and the contact details you gave them.

We do not build profiles, we make no automated decisions about you, and we sell data to nobody.

Who it is shared with

• Stripe, to take the payment.
• The courier, only the shipping address and only if you bought something physical.
• Our hosting provider, whose servers are in the European Union.

For how long

Order data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require (six years). Download links expire after 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to seramemorable@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
