Coat of arms of Greman

The blazon

gu. two bars or, in chief three griffins heads, erased, of the second, within a bordure ar. ( Another, a bend gobonated, ar. and sa.)

A blazon is the description of a coat of arms in the technical language of heraldry. The drawing comes from that text, and from nothing else.
